Celebrating the Feast of the Epiphany at St. Mary’s

This week, a small group of our eager children had the wonderful opportunity to attend Mass in celebration of the Feast of the Epiphany. It was a special moment for them to reflect on the significance of the Magi’s journey and the gifts they brought to the newborn King.

Owl Class Shine in English Heritage Pin Badge Competition

This October at St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School in Barnard Castle, our Year 5 and 6 pupils - known as Owl Class - took part in an exciting creative challenge set by English Heritage. Pupils were invited to design a brand‑new pin badge for Barnard Castle, inspired by their understanding of the historic site and its significance within our local area.
