Children at St Mary's are offered a wide range of leadership opportunities that are intended to develop individual interests and skills of our children and inspire pupils to get involved with wider life of school. Leadership groups change as and when the interests of the children change and new groups are developed as new interests or opportunities we feel children would benefit from arise.
The leadership opportunities make excellent links to all of our school virtues and Trust values as well as British Values.
In taking ownership of applying for and carrying out their roles and responsibilities in school we hope to develop much confidence, self belief and enthusiasm so that children are filled with high aspirations and fulfill their future dreams.
