As part of National Nursery Rhyme Week, we were thrilled to welcome Mr Hughes to St. Mary’s for a very special music session!
Our Robins and Wrens had an amazing time singing and dancing while Mr Hughes played the violin and ukulele. The excitement didn’t stop there – the children joined in by playing their own musical instruments to the beat, showing off their fantastic sense of rhythm. “It made me so happy,” said Grace, capturing the joy of the day perfectly.
Thank you, Mr Hughes, for bringing so much music and fun to our school! This celebration was a wonderful way to combine music, movement, and language development, helping our youngest learners grow in confidence and creativity.
